Photo Journal: CAPTIVATING CINQUE TERRE

After seeing photographs of this beautiful area of Italy for years, I finally got a chance to go and witness it myself. On the seaside, you can find five towns that are filled with beauty, food, color, history, and culture . It’s one of the loveliest places I’ve ever been, and of course I fell in love with it. I thought, I eat, prayed and loved my way in Pai. But it turns out I did the exact same thing here. Even with the odd rainy day, I wished I spent a longer time here. A special shoutout goes out to Franco my hostel host for creating an amazing experience and making everyone feel like family. Enjoy these shots of this picturesque region of Italia.

    1. It’s very easy to get to! The easiest way to get to the Cinque Terre is by train. From Genoa (Genova) , take the local train towards La Spezia and get off at your destination. From La Spezia, take the local train, Cinque Terre Express, in direction Levanto. This train stops in all of the five villages. However, as long as you get to La Spezia station you take the train in the direction to Levanto and it goes to all villages 🙂
